Below, we address the most common questions raised by our students and their families. From determining your level with a simple test to the flexibility of adjusting it after starting, we ensure your learning experience is smooth. Successful completion includes a certificate detailing your achievements, and we kindly remind you that attendance (minimum 75%) and being 18 or older are required to enroll.

Yes, the registration fee is 40,00 € which includes the oral and written level placement test, the course material and the course certificate.

What is the minimum age to enroll?2025-01-15T12:09:29+00:00

In order to enroll as a student in our school you must be at least 18 years of age.

How will I know which level is the right one for me?2025-01-15T12:13:22+00:00

In order to determine what your level is, you will take a short test with our teachers about 2-3 weeks prior to your arrival. That way we can make sure that you will be in the class that most adapts to your needs.

What does the level test consist of?2025-01-15T12:22:46+00:00

In order to be placed in the class that best suits your learning needs, you will take a level placement test. The test consists of two parts: a written one, by completing a quick multiple choice quiz; and a spoken one, by having a casual conversation via video-call with one of our teachers.

Can I change my level after the course has started?2025-01-15T12:23:08+00:00

Yes! If after the first or second day of class you feel your current level is too easy/too difficult for you, please let us know. This will, of course, depend on the teachers’ judgement (they are the experts!).

Is attendance compulsory?2025-01-15T12:27:00+00:00

Yes, but of course we understand that emergencies happen, so in order to receive the certificate of completion you will have to attend at least 75% of your classes.

Will I have to take any exams during the course?2025-01-15T12:27:50+00:00

During the last days of class, you will take a final test, which is necessary in order to complete the course and move on to the next level.

Will I get a certificate once I finish?2025-01-15T12:28:13+00:00

Yes, upon completion of your course and a successful result of the final test, you will receive a certificate of completion indicating the level achieved and the hours studied.
