1. COURSES

1.1 One lesson typically lasts 45 minutes. A session (i.e., a class) can consist of more than one lesson, for example, one ‘Evening Course’ session consists of 2 lessons of 45 minutes (reflected as a 1.5 hour class).

1.2 Intensive courses have morning and afternoon schedules. C2 Barcelona places students in the group which most appropriately corresponds to their language level based on availability.

1.3 Class schedules may be subject to changes. Timetable preferences should be communicated when booking but cannot be guaranteed.

1.4 If a student’s level of Spanish is unsuitable for the course he/she has booked, C2 Barcelona reserves the right to move the student to a more suitable class.

1.5 If a student wishes to change groups after their course has started they must communicate so with the school. All changes are subject to authorization from the school and availability.

1.6 Private classes can only be rescheduled if the school is informed by email 24 hours and at least one business day before the scheduled time of the class.

1.7 In the exceptional case that there is only 1 student enrolled in a group course of a certain level, the number of classes will be reduced to 50% of the initial number and 70% in the case of 2 students.

1.8 C2 Barcelona is closed on public holidays. Intensive classes are fully recuperated for one public holiday per week. In the unlikely event that there are two public holidays in the same week, classes are not recuperated for the second public holiday. Refunds will not be made if the student is unable to attend the replacement classes.

1.9 In the event of a no-show or if the student does not connect online for a scheduled class, the teacher will wait for 20 minutes. If the student has not shown up or connected within this time frame, the class will be considered lost, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

1.10 In group classes, if a student arrives more than 15 minutes late, they will only be able to enter the class after the break. This measure is taken to avoid disruptions and to respect the time of the other students present.
